Charles W. Groce Jr., Ph.D. is a retired school administrator, and is currently a consultant and professor of Psychology at Capital Community College in Hartford, Connecticut.  He has co-authored A book currently in publication regarding his work in a medium security correctional Facility in North Central Connecticut.  Dr. Groce also designed the curriculum for Industrial Psychology Course and re-designed Multicultural Issues in Psychology course for Capital Community College. He was instrumental in the design, development Implementation of the Benjamin E Mays Institute in Hartford, Connecticut.
